ZIP SCREEN is a screen version with an aluminum front. The minimalist look has been achieved by hiding the screws and mounting edges in invisible places, so that after installation you get the aesthetic look of the cassette, unobstructed by additional elements. In addition, when open, the bottom slat is completely hidden in the cassette, which does not limit the amount of incoming light. An integrated aluminum insert prevents the fabric from falling out, and sophisticated design solutions ensure years of durability.
The ZIP Pro system is designed to allow the bottom slat to hide inside the cassette when the fabric is fully rolled up. This greatly enhances the aesthetics of the system and makes it completely invisible when exposed.
In the ZIP Pro system, we have ensured that all fasteners, such as bolts or screws, are invisible to the user, so that the unit fits perfectly into the building and forms a single entity with it.
Extruded in 3 sizes (65, 78, 95 mm), they provide great flexibility of use - and the special design allows the use of the same adapter for each of them. Due to the minimal deformation of the tube, the fabric rolls evenly on it without causing wrinkles. This allows the production of very wide systems without the risk of the fabric wrinkling. Aluminum tubes do not stain fabrics, are resistant to weather conditions, do not rust and do not require additional protective coatings. Thanks to the use of special ribs, they achieve better parameters in deflection and lower weight.
The side guide consists of 2 parts, making assembly quick and efficient.
When designing our system, we took special care to ensure that the weld areas are invisible to the customer. Therefore, we attached the fabric deep into the bottom batten so that the weld is covered. The same applies to the side guides - the location of the insert deep in them makes the lock invisible, and only the aesthetic surface of the blackout fabric.
